Ashapura Bhojnalay is committed to protecting the personal information of our guests and patrons.

Information Usage

We collect basic contact information for table reservations and tiffin delivery. Your phone numbers are strictly used for order updates and are never shared with marketing agencies.

CCTV Monitoring

For the safety of our guests and staff, our dining hall and kitchen are under 24/7 CCTV surveillance. Footage is kept for 30 days and used only for security purposes.

Digital Payments

All UPI and card transactions are processed through secure, encrypted portals. We do not store your banking details on our local systems.

Dine-in Terms

1. Thali Sharing

Unlimited Thali is served per person. Sharing of a single unlimited thali between two adults is not permitted.

2. Food Wastage

We believe food is a blessing. We humbly request our guests to order only what they can consume to avoid wastage.

3. Reservation Policy

During peak hours (12:30 PM - 2:30 PM), table reservations are held for a maximum of 15 minutes. Seating is otherwise on a first-come, first-served basis.

4. Outside Food

To maintain our strict hygiene and quality standards, outside food and beverages are not allowed inside the Bhojnalay premises.

Kitchen & Quality Ethics

Hygiene Standards

Our kitchen staff follows rigorous sanitization protocols. We use RO-purified water for all cooking and drinking purposes.

Freshness Guarantee

We do not use frozen vegetables or artificial preservatives. All items in the Bhojnalay are prepared fresh twice a day (Lunch and Dinner).

Oil & Ingredients

We use only premium groundnut oil and hand-ground spices to ensure the authentic taste and health of our guests.

Refund Policy

If you are unsatisfied with the quality of food, please inform the manager immediately. We will replace the item or offer a full refund on the spot.
